Braces at my Age??? Isn't braces for teens only?

I have been struggling to make this decision. 1st let me start saying that my teeth are not that bad from a scale of 😬1-10 😀 i am a 8 I only have 2 visible teeth that need the Magic of Braces. I just wish I had done this at a teen age!

October 24,2013

10am - Today I'm going to see my Orthodontist I am positive I am making the right decision. However I am still Very Nervous!!

4:00pm - Ok Estimate of 9-12 months not bad I think! They started X-rays & impressions to create a mold of my teeth which by the way taste really bad at the beginning and slowly starts tasting like toothpaste, (it's in for at least a minute yuck!). And to finish the setup very detail Pictures ofcourse to see the dramatic "Before & After"

Now on to the Magic! I took small naps, talk about a mom not doing much. I was stuck in a chair for a long time. Took about 1hr for me to finally get up and stretch. Felt like eternity but at least I don't remember much of the "pain" that I heard it occur while they place them. We will see how I feel tomorrow....
